Is It Ever Too Late For a Great Opportunity?

You never know when a door might open to a great opportunity. I've heard "it is just too late" a few too many times over the past few days around looking for sponsors for something I'm working on during SXSW and I had to record a new episode of Managing the Gray to share my thoughts.
