I've been playing catch up all day on everything that I missed while I was at SXSW. I'm not ready to completely brain dump all my feelings from the week, but I will say that unlike every other conference I go to where there is one major vertical of interest represented, in Austin it was every vertical mashed together into a margarita of goodness! People from podcasting, marketing, technology, music, film and just the average Jane and Joe off the street all hanging out and having a good time together. I still have to upload a ton of photos (what few I have are here), but here is one of my favorite ones that I've seen that someone else took.

I met so many great people. Some were complete strangers. Others were people that I had always wanted to meet and finally got a chance to.

I think tomorrow I'll record a podcast or a video to collect more stream of conscious thoughts on it all. One thing for sure is that it was a very wise decision to go and I look forward to next year.
